2. Charger Specifications (DC Side, 72V Nominal)

All chargers operate at 72V DC nominal. 1C BMS-limited charging strategy — the BMS, not the charger, is the bottleneck.

Key finding: 150A is the practical charging ceiling for LFP 1C. 200A adds no speed improvement. For 30Ah and 45Ah batteries, 80A is sufficient. The 3-phase availability at each site is the primary determinant of viable charger tiers.

Personnel requirements (manned): 1–2 attendants per station per shift. Training on battery handling, G-Cash POS, basic troubleshooting. Shifts: 2 shifts/day for 12-hour operation, 3 shifts/day for 24-hour.

5. Operational Workflow

Swap Sequence

  1. Operator arrives with depleted battery
  2. G-Cash QR scan → verifies active subscription or prepaid balance
  3. Attendant unlocks bay, swaps depleted → charged battery
  4. System logs: battery ID, operator ID, timestamp, SoH delta
  5. Depleted battery enters charging queue

Onboarding (New Operator)

  1. Register via OVES app (KYC: ID + G-Cash + vehicle plate)
  2. Select plan (subscription or per-swap)
  3. Pay deposit via G-Cash (PHP 13,600 for 30Ah, 40% of landed cost)
  4. Receive battery + orientation
  5. First swap within 24 hours to validate system
