  • VinFast price war: VinFast has $3B+ parent backing. OVES's structural advantage is energy-company DNA (solar + storage vs. pure-swap retail)
  • 3-phase unavailability: Most Philippine commercial sites are 1-phase. 80A charger is the ceiling without utility upgrade
  • Currency (PHP/USD): PHP depreciation risk on imported batteries
  • Agent quality: Selection, training, and smart-contract governed revenue splits required
